I offer three programs (Basic, Advanced and Pro)
-The basic program is for beginners who want to run their first half marathon.
-The advanced program is for those who want to progress even more and run faster.
-The Pro program is for those who are ready to make every effort to break their personal record.
I ran my first half marathon in 2 hours and 43 minutes.
Today, my personal record is 1 hour and 18 minutes.
