- All training plans regardless of basic, standard or premium packages are customised based on your level of commitment (how many days you can train), facilities available (what equipment do you have), level of experience (how long have you been into fitness), and health & medical conditions.
- Higher tier packages will allow more room for more advanced and detailed level of progression techniques, making use of advanced periodization.
- The program can be suited to any style of training you like (powerlifting, calisthenics, crossfit, etc.)
