My aim as is to help improve your menopausal symptoms such as hot flushes and loose skin and help you lose weight while enjoying a delicious, well-balanced lifestyle.



These meal plans are based on 1600 - 1800 calories daily (1700 calories average per day). It is delicious whole-foods.
