Hello! I am a professional swimmer, have been practicing for almost 10 years and have got a LOT of experience in this field.

  • So, first of all, we will discuss and find and set some goals that you might want to accomplish in the pool (ex. loose weight, swim faster, swim more correctly, everything you want, I can help you achieve this goal) and I will begin to work, creating a plan for your workout.
  • I will provide you explanations for every drill I will show you and give the main point of every one, so that it will be very clear and understandable.
