About:

Are you struggling to maintain consistency with your goals geared towards a healthy living?

Do you want to begin a self care journey to improve the quality of your life?

Are you looking on how to break a habit or create a new one?

Whatever your goal maybe. From workout plans to fitness goals, beginning a meditation practice, weight loss, meal plan or nutrition plan, pregnancy or post partum wellness, or healthy living in general, I will be that extra little push you need to keep you moving.



It can be quite difficult to set goals or make resolves and be consistent with them but with extra encouragement on the side to spur you on, those goals can become realized.



As your accountability partner who understands you having been there, my goal is to;

-Follow you up & have you check in with me on a weekly basis or as required to ascertain you are still on track

-Introduce you into unique health& wellness options to improve the quality of your life

-Assist you in reaching your goals

-Talking you through whatever poses as an obstacle

-Provide compassionate support when you need one

-Help you break self limiting habits
