How do you create my diet program?
Your diet plan contains calculated calories for your main goal
- losing weight / gaining muscle / muscle strengthening.
My responsibilities:
- consulting with clients to understand their goals and current fitness levels.
- creating comprehensive workout and nutrition plans for clients.
- using in depth knowledge to answer clients questions.
- motivating and guiding clients to achieve their goals.
My qualifications:
- High school diploma.
- International certificate of personal trainer level 3.
- National certificate of personal trainer level2.
- Competitor in men's physique category.
