My consultation includes couple questions about your lifestyle(work, sleep,eat), your experience with training. the more i know about the client i work with, the better the end results will be.



How do you creat my workout plan?



I Create your workout plan based on your lifestyle experience.



How do you create my diet program?



Your diet plan contains calculated calories for your main goal

  • losing weight / gaining muscle / muscle strengthening.



My responsibilities:

  • consulting with clients to understand their goals and current fitness levels.
  • creating comprehensive workout and nutrition plans for clients.
  • using in depth knowledge to answer clients questions.
  • motivating and guiding clients to achieve their goals.



My qualifications:

  • High school diploma.
  • International certificate of personal trainer level 3.
  • National certificate of personal trainer level2.
  • Competitor in men's physique category.
