I will ask you many questions so I can learn about your current lifestyle and the changes you want to make as well as the most efficient ways for you to do them. You'll receive the workouts I will recommend for you, suggestions for your diet, information about how to consume healthy and nutrient-packed foods that are enjoyable, and 24/7 contact with me for any questions or struggles you may be having. I welcome anyone at any skill level. No matter if you're a beginner or more advanced than I am, I am sure I could be helpful to you. If you would like to do other types of exercises besides calisthenics when you work with me I am happy to accommodate that also. Everyone has their niche and I want you to have fun and enjoy your workouts, not be stuck doing something you hate.
