Hi, my name is Mark and I have been in the health and fitness industry since 2005. My goal has always been to help my clients achieve their fitness goals while educating them on proper food and lifestyle choices.
I am not a big fan of telling people what foods to eat, and am not a fan of food group elimination or fad diets. I do believe in basic and sound dietary science and therefore my meal plans are effective but not very flashy.
Based off your current level of activity and body stats, we will determine your bodies current caloric demands and come up with a plan to either maintain, lose, or gain weight in a healthy, safe, and proven system.
