Devp was very helpful in fixing our issue. I would hire again however, our contractual obligations require we document all steps in great detail for our clients. Devp provided us a basic overview of what was done but we had to go back and retrace steps to document in higher detail to make sure we're in compliance. Next time we need help we will likely reach out again but we need higher quality and more detailed documentation including steps, commands run, etc. Overall, very happy with the quality of work and outcome.

There was no communication from your side to provide detailed documentation for what required to fix the problem and what exact steps performed with written steps, screenshots, commands etc. At the end of work I was asked what was wrong and what I did. I have spent enough time in explanation of what was wrong and what I did to fix. The thing remains I didn't prepare a document of it because you did not ask me to prepare one. Not in before work communication, not in mid of work, not in end of work. I have delivered quality service from my end.
