Weight loss is not as hard as we might think
Hi, my name's Khang. Since my childhood I've been overweight and not happy with myself, yet I keep on eating without putting a brake on it, this was my way of coping with sadness, dissatisfactory with my body image and pressure from school,... It's been like that for over a decade until I reached my heaviest weight of 231lbs (105kg) in 2019, I was really confused because before that I've started exercising on the weekends, yes, only WEEKENDS. So I thought to myself if I continue to be like this, my health and my future will not be looking good, that led to a decision that changed my life: To get my things together and change my lifestyle. Since then I've lost 55lbs (25kg) and has been keeping it off for over a year now and it's been going great, a more healthy lifestyle, a shift in mentality and all sorts of positive changes that I never think I could achieve before since I'm also a lazy person myself. My goal is to help you as much as I can with what I have, so you can also free yourself from the negatives and open yourself to more possibility.
