About:

Hello I am Inès and I am passionate about sports and overall lifestyle !

My passion made me try out a lot of different sports: 7 years of tennis (professional), 8 of horse riding, 5 of swimming, 2 of both volleyball and basketball in club, and finally 2 of strenght training.

I started with bodyweight workout and as now I choose to focus on lifting (and calisthenics for fun).

I want to use and share my experience by providing quality programs that work, and not crash diet that will make you feel starved and tired.

To do this I came up with 3 packages designed to help you with your goals, that can be fat loss or muscle gain (or both actually!).



These programs are:

  • providing healthy and filling recipes according to your needs and nutrition choices (vegetarian, vegan, HCLF...)
  • calculated according to your body features and goals
  • adjusted depending on your preferences (certain type of exercise etc)
  • designed to make you feel great and upgrade your overall lifestyle



As I am almost always available, I can answer you in a very short time. I guarantee a good and reliable communication to help you as much as possible.
