I will motivate you to lose weight and get in shape, tone the muscles. One session includes us working out together (video and audio on), via Zoom or other Video app. I will give you tips and talk to you during the workout, to make the exercises clear. The workouts will be adjusted by each person- muscle toning, with or without weights, cardio, HIIT, pilates, yoga, zumba, tae-bo, stretching, mobility exercises, so that you may fully benefit by the exercises. We will also talk and identify where the problem is (eat unhealthy or high-caloric, have a sedentary life, do the wrong type of workout) and we will try to fix it, so you may have a visible result in your body. For the premium package, I will make a personalized daily food plan, healthy and low-caloric. You can choose only one session, or many, on a constant basis.
