I'm a 16 year old who loves fitness and the gym, I want to help you get into shape, whether it's losing weight, gaining weight, muscle or just general fitness.
I will create a 5-day plan that can be used each week, targeting the main muscle groups of the body as well as giving you tips on how to eat, what to use to track your calories etc.
I will make it on a document and email it over, any questions regarding it can just be sent back to me. If you want an example of how to do a certain exercise I will do my best to get a video to you!
If you don't have a gym membership or any equipment, let me know and I'll make one solely based on bodyweight. : )
